The International Journal of Transformative Emotional Intelligence (TIJTEI) is the official journal of the Emotional Intelligence Training & Research Institute (EITRI). Articles accepted for publication in TIJTEI provide exemplary research and ‘best practice’ models of transformative emotional intelligence in education, business, and government settings worldwide. As such, a goal of the journal is to include articles that meet peer-review criteria and increase exposure to excellent applied and research programs presented during our annual conference, the Annual Institute for Emotional Intelligence. Articles not presented at the annual conference may be submitted for consideration. Authors should understand that articles are peer-reviewed with evaluations weighted for conference related articles, as well as those articles that include specific transformative models for teaching, learning, and developing emotional intelligence.
